In 2001, Kristin Darr-Bornstein and Marsha Miller founded Kristin Darr & Associates. Within a few short years the firm became known as KDA, as our reputation for being down-to-earth, very resourceful, producing high quality custom work and great client service spread by word of mouth and referrals.
In 2007, our name changed to KDA Creative to reflect our evolution and growth toward a more integrated, multi-disciplined creative company, with a boutique finish.
In 2008, we rebranded our own company...relationships that build®, and introduced new creative branding services. In 2009, we introduced our new website.
Though we continue to evolve our "relationships that build" brand, we remain true to our original purpose of providing unmatched client-partner service. Our founding principle and personal commitment is ... we report to our client. Everything follows service. We serve the growing community and stakeholder dynamics that address complex issues within a variety of infrastructure sectors. The demands and expectations are constantly shifting and require well thought out communication strategy, process and implementation.
Our experience enables us to recognize and appreciate the interdependence between expectations, priorities and needs, particularly given the complex and technical subject matter, diversity of stakeholders, and level of collaborative involvement required. We offer significant public sector and private industry experience developing and implementing communication solutions. Creative Hard Hats is our way of saying we're a creative agency with a hard hat core.
As we continue to expand as a full service creative communication firm, we continue to work harder to earn trust and build credibility based on performance and results. We've developed a new cadre of creative services and communication solutions that serve the ever changing market dynamics of our clients, partnering with planning and design, engineering firms and construction companies that build communities.
